David T. Shilby obtained his bachelor of Business Administration degree in 1980.  After spending five years in credit management he decided to go into the insurance and financial services field in 1985.  In those twenty-two years his experience includes life, health, and disability insurance, mortgages, investments, estate planning and long-term care. David and his wife of twenty-three years, Linda, have two children, Melissa (21) and Ryan (17).  He is active in his church, plays guitar and billiards.  As President of Shilby Financial Group located at the Windsor Professional Park overlooking the Windsor Golf Course, his primary focus has been on helping the State of Florida employees achieve financial independence.  David also works with individuals and their families and small businesses.
