Glenn G Schanel founded Schanel & Associates in 1994, and has been a Certified Public Accountant for over 25 years and is licensed to practice in both Florida and New Jersey. After attaining an undergraduate degree in accounting, he earned an MBA in finance from New York University’s Stern School of Business.

Glenn began his career at a “Big 8″ international accounting firm, where he performed audits of publicly traded companies.  He then spent over 15 years as a finance executive, both as CFO and COO in the commercial banking industry.

In addition to being a CPA, Glenn is also a Certified Financial Planner ® and a Certified Valuation Analyst, and is a Registered Representative and Investment Advisor Representative with SagePoint Financial, Inc.   Glenn has served as a Director for Junior Achievement of the Palm Beaches, the Peggy Adams Animal Rescue League, and the Kiwanis Club of Riveria Beach Foundation.   He is also a faculty member at Palm Beach Atlantic College where he currently teaches finance, accounting and investment courses.
