She spent the remainder of her thirty-three years of service as a staffing/program specialist in the field of exceptional student education in St. John’s County. Julia has recently earned her Life, Health, and Variable Annuities license and is an associate agent with Millam Insurance & Investments, Inc. of Jacksonville, Fl. Her professional goal is to specialize in the area of retirement planning for those in the education field. She believes risk management and a disciplined investment strategy are critical to maximizing a prosperous retirement experience, and believes serving in this capacity will be a great way to ensure positive returns to a population that contributes so much to our society.
